Need help planning for your future?  We offer free academic and career advisement services. 

Work one-on-one with a staff member to find careers and education that matches your skills and interests.
The Community Education Center can:
  • Help you determine your career interests by conducting interest assessments
  • Work with you to research careers, training programs and colleges
  • Set up job shadows in your field of interest
  • Help you determine a major and choose appropriate courses
  • Teach you about financial aid and scholarships 
  • Work closely with your school counselor

Sessions are open between 3:00-7:00PM on January 24, February 28, March 28 or April 25th.
 
Advisors from Penn State DuBois and the Education Consortium of the Upper Allegheny have office hours at the Community Education Center office. Prospective and current students are encouraged to meet with an advisor to discuss their schedules, financial aid and graduation requirements.
